Two electrified solos recorded respectively on June 2021 (Virginia Genta on amplified sopranino sax at Live Arts Week X by Xing in Bologna [open air under a nasty hurban bridge] rec. by David Vanzan) and October 2021 (Bill Nace on electric Taishogoto Live at Ortliebs in Philadelphia, rec. by Kevin Reilly), both delivering an uninterrupted fluxus of distorted circular patterns. Virginia and Bill are long time kindred spirits and good friends, who shared many tours and live experiences between Italy and the US in the past decade. Now brought together on two sides of a tape for the pleasure to sketch the faraway-on-maps but nearby-in-soul moment. Noisy.

I saw a coupe nights of this band at Fat Tuesday's. I am so grateful to you for issuing more of this remarkable group.
BTW, there was another version of this band featuring Henry Threadgill and (I think) Fred Hopkins later that year at Fat Tuesday's. Mind blowing! Rumor had it this band was recorded? peterahill56
